For BUYERS we research the current market, establish custom searches to keep buyers up-to-date on new listings and price changes. When we show buyers a property we provide tax information and sales history to help gauge seller motivation. When it's time to make an offer we provide market sales data for the area and pull comparable listings to assist you in making your offer. You'll be confident you've made informed decisions.
